Processing time - Each order is greatly appreciated and individually takes time and care to put them together full of love. As we take the assembly of each item seriously the time may vary depending on the product being purchased, for further details see individual items. Each package is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for support and clearly labelled fragile for handling and tightly sealed.
Shipping and Delivery - Shipping is offered across Canada and select states of the USA, shipping costs are accessible to view in your cart at checkout. Delivery time varies based on where you are located but the time frame is specified under each product, we are unable to guarantee arrival times if there is a delay as once they are shipped out it is not longer in our control. You will each have a tracking number to follow to have the best idea of when it will arrive.
Returns and Refunds

Due to the customization of each product and time put in, we do not do returns and refunds. Customized items are non-refundable as they are personalized by the buyer and cannot be returned and repurposed. If you have any issues with your product please contact me by email to discuss solutions.
